Refund and Return Policy

Automotive First (FZE) strives to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer the following refund and return options:

 

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • How to Return an Item:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Marketing@vettureart.ae with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Conditions for Returns:
    • Items on sale, custom or personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement, and we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges:
    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return, and we will send you the replacement item after receiving the returned product.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Items purchased through promotional offers or special discounts may not be eligible for return or refund.
